Job Description

Quality Assurance Technician Location:
Arlington, TN 38002
Pay Rate:
$22-$25/hour
Shift:
1st Shift & 2nd Shift (Must be available to work 10-12 hours per day) Personnel Placements, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems, perform thorough inspections and audits, and work closely with production teams to maintain compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments and vision inspection systems to assess product quality. Collect and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Assist in developing and implementing quality management systems, procedures, and protocols. Participate in internal and regulatory quality audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate and organized inspection, testing, and audit records.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment preferred. Knowledge of FDA regulations, CGMP guidelines, and industry best practices required. Experience with Calypso software for data collection and analysis is a plus. Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and use of precision measuring tools. Previous audit experience is beneficial. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. BR3
