Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our
ISO 9001
quality standards and internal specifications. Your keen eye for detail, combined with your technical expertise, will help maintain our commitment to excellence, safety, and compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality production processes and uphold the integrity of our products through rigorous inspection and analysis. Responsibilities Conduct dimensional measurements using precision measuring instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Perform quality audits throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to our
ISO 9001
quality management system. Interpret mechanical blueprints and manufacturing documents accurately to assess conformance with design specifications. Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles for precise inspection of complex components. Collect and analyze data related to dimensional measurements, visual inspections, and process deviations to identify root causes of quality issues. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve overall quality systems. Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, and quality assurance reports for audit purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of
ISO 9001
quality systems. Proficiency in using measuring instruments including height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), vision inspection systems, and other precision measurement tools. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and manufacturing documents accurately. Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards and dimensional measurement techniques. Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify deviations from quality standards quickly. Basic math skills for precise measurement calculations and data analysis. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting. Effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with
IATF 16949
