Job Overview We are seeking a highly meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring that all products meet stringent quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive inspections, analyzing measurement data, and verifying adherence to quality systems such as
ISO 9001, ISO

Duties Conduct detailed inspections of manufactured components using precision measuring instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems to verify dimensional accuracy and mechanical blueprint compliance. Perform quality audits in accordance with ISO standards, FDA regulations, HACCP principles, and other regulatory/legal compliance standards relevant to the industry. Interpret production documents, including mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications to ensure proper adherence during production. Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to assess complex measurements and ensure components meet precise tolerances. Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, defect rates, and inspection results; prepare detailed reports for review by quality management. Support calibration of measuring instruments and ensure all measurement tools such as height gauges, calipers, and vision systems are maintained within calibration standards. Participate in root cause analysis for product non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to improve quality systems. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures aligned with
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, GMP, and other applicable standards. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure ongoing compliance with quality assurance protocols throughout the production cycle. Skills Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of quality control processes. Proficiency in using measurement instruments including coordinate measuring machines (CMM), height gauges, dial indicators, and vision inspection systems. Knowledge of
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP
(Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, HACCP principles, and related regulatory standards. Familiarity with calibration procedures for precision measurement tools and dimensional measurement techniques such as GD&T. Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Strong analytical skills for data collection, analysis, and reporting on quality metrics. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective/preventive actions within a regulated environment. Basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations involved in quality inspections. Ability to interpret manufacturing documentation accurately while ensuring compliance with legal standards. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments and document inspection findings clearly.
