Job Description

Our client, a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer, is seeking an Electrical Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Technician, you will be part of the Operations and Manufacturing team supporting Production, Repair, and Test Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

$40.00 - $50.00/hour What's the Job? Follow blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and specifications to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electromechanical components. Utilize measuring, testing, and diagnostic equipment to verify product performance and ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform rework, repairs, and modifications on assemblies and systems while maintaining production schedules. Complete production documentation accurately and maintain records in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Support continuous improvement, safety, environmental, and quality initiatives while collaborating with team members across multiple shifts. What's Needed? Experience troubleshooting, testing, repairing, or assembling electrical, electronic, or electromechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic or measurement equipment. Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule (Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM) and overtime as business needs require.
