This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in starting a career in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering and wants to learn and grow with an established company. What You'll Do Inspect incoming materials, components, and completed products to ensure they meet specifications. Perform dimensional and visual inspections using basic measuring equipment. Review drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Identify and report quality issues or non-conformances. Work with production and engineering personnel to help resolve quality issues. Assist with investigations and corrective actions. Help maintain and improve quality processes and procedures. Perform other quality-related duties as needed. What We're Looking For Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! High school diploma or GED required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to read and understand basic drawings and instructions. Basic computer skills. Ability to use a tape measure, calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools—or the willingness to learn. Dependable, responsible, and able to work well with others. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, inspection, or a technical environment. Experience reading engineering drawings. Familiarity with ISO or quality management systems. Technical school, manufacturing, engineering, or quality-related education. Why Join Us?
