What You'll Do Inspect products for quality and identify defects. Pack and label finished products accurately. Follow established quality and safety procedures. Work with a team to meet production and quality goals. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives. What We're Looking For Experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, production, assembly, packing, warehouse, or material handling environments preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work a rotating shift schedule and overtime as needed. Good communication and teamwork skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsburg, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
