Adecco is currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a Food Production Associate position with a bakery manufacturing facility in Essex Junction, VT. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment where you'll help create and package high-quality baked goods enjoyed by customers nationwide. Job Responsibilities Assist with the production and packaging of bakery products Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Package finished products for shipment and distribution Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety guidelines Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and company policies Monitor products for accuracy, quality, and appearance Support other production and sanitation tasks as needed Qualifications Prior manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food service experience is helpful but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures What's in It for You?
