$25-35/h Depending on experience Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11pm Shift differential of $2.50/hr.

EAP. POSITION SUMMARY
We are working with a prominent aerospace manufacturing company in Auburn who is seeking to add a quality inspector to their team. They are open to considering an early professional inspector up to a tenured inspector. This position is responsible for functional work integrity and standards, ensuring product quality and inventory control within aerospace and company standards. Inspect fastener installation, sealant, raw material, machine parts, bushings, bearings, and standards, simple assemblies, outside processing (NDT, finishes, finish coatings, thermal processing, etc.) Document FAI report Document non-conformances May occasionally perform special projects Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Experience:
Ability to be certified with Hardness and Eddy Current, Sealant, Bushing and bearing installation. Proficient in basic computer skills Experienced in reading and correctly interpreting complex blueprints and engineering requirements Experience in applying shop math skills such as trigonometry, ability to calculate dimensions, set sine plate, etc. Basic understanding of BQMS (Business Quality Management System) processes and procedures Basic understanding of machine shop and aerospace assembly terminology and nomenclature Fully experienced with all basic and advanced manual inspection tools
