As we continue to grow, we're expanding our production team and looking for an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality work. If you enjoy working with your hands, have experience operating industrial sewing machines, and appreciate attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you. You'll work alongside a small team to manufacture premium baby products that are shipped to families throughout the United States. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines Sew pillow panels and product components Install zippers and other sewn components Maintain consistent stitch quality Follow production instructions and quality standards Inspect finished work before moving to the next operation Keep your workstation clean and organized Work closely with the production supervisor and team members Qualifications Industrial sewing experience preferred Experience in upholstery, furniture, marine, automotive, RV, apparel, or other sewn products is a plus Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance Positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Benefits Monday-Friday schedule No nights or weekends Climate-controlled workspace Paid holidays Paid time off Opportunity for advancement as the company grows About Peekaboo Pillow Peekaboo Pillow designs premium baby products trusted by thousands of families across the country.
