About Us:

Relyant Solutions is a small sewing company located in Centerville, TN. We offer a whole bunch of services, including design and prototyping, tech pack and cut file creation, product sampling, material sourcing, sewing, packaging, and fulfillment. We have a staff of about thirty-five and produce custom sewn goods for small businesses across the world! We work hard to create a creative, fun, hard-working environment, and be the most reliable sewing partner in Tennessee. We are looking for Sewing Machine Operators to join our sewing team! In this role, you will be responsible for operating sewing machines, learning to sew bags, packs, and other heavy-duty textile products. This position is based in our shop facility in Centerville. No previous experience is necessary to apply, but experience is always a plus!

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate sewing machines to sew fabric pieces together perfectly according to specifications at super fast speeds
• Adjust machine settings for different fabrics and sewing techniques
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Experience Needed:

• Previous experience keeping up with a fast-paced job is incredibly helpful
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
