TeamWRX Staffing is hiring experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operators in Farmers Branch, TX! WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who can operate industrial sewing equipment and produce quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Industrial sewing experience is

REQUIRED. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, repair, or modify textile products Sew vinyl, fabric, and other materials according to production specifications Follow detailed work instructions and production requirements Monitor stitches, seams, and overall workmanship Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies Make adjustments as needed to maintain quality Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized sewing/work area Work with team members to meet production deadlines Assist in other production areas as needed Monitor sewing supplies and notify supervisors of shortages Follow all workplace safety procedures

EXPERIENCE WITH THESE MACHINES IS A PLUS!

Experience with any of the following equipment is preferred:

JUKI CONSEW SAGER PEGASUS BROTHER PFAFF 3587 CUTTERS XLS 125

Vinyl Binder

QUALIFICATIONS

✔ Previous industrial sewing machine experience required ✔ Experience with garment construction and fabric handling ✔Strong sewing and production skills ✔ Ability to read and follow production instructions ✔ Strong attention to detail ✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ✔ Reliable attendance and positive attitude ✔Ability to multitask and assist where needed ✔ Good communication skills ✔ Willingness to learn and grow Warehouse or inventory experience is a plus, but not required.
