Job Description:

Akkodis is seeking an Operator I/ Operator II / Operator III for a 12-month contract with a client in Temecula, CA 92591 (Onsite).

Pay Rate:

$19.25/hr on w2

• $23.33/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors). 1st shift: M-F 5 am
• 1:30 pm or 6 am
• 2:30 pm 2nd shift : M-F 2 pm
• 10:30 pm or 2:30 pm
• 11 pm 3rd shift Sunday
• Fri 9 pm
• 5:30 am Operator I 0
• to 2 years of experience Operator II 3 to 4 years of experience Operator III 5 + years of experience

Job Description:

Must have 6 months manufacturing experience (does not have to be medical Device that is a plus) not looking for warehouse, forklift drivers/ handlers, amazon, not looking for short tenures. Ask if they have any upcoming vacations or days off they will need during intake call. Proficiency in English is required for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in training sessions led by an instructor. Comfortable using microscopes. Ability to follow policies and procedures. Ability to read, write, and interpret information. Ability to use microscopes. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to use hand tools to manipulate, handle or feel. Ability to sit/walk/stand for up to 10 hours a day. Must have the visual ability necessary to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including distinguishing colors where required. This position requires the ability to lift/carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. and to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, push, pull, and occasionally crawl as required to perform essential job functions.
