Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial boiler systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. Monitor steam production, combustion systems, temperatures, pressures, and equipment performance to support continuous manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot boiler and system issues, identify operational concerns, and coordinate repair activities with maintenance teams when needed Support 24/7 plant operations by responding to changing production demands and maintaining consistent steam supply throughout the facility. Communicate and coordinate with production, maintenance, and other departments to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Follow all safety procedures and environmental guidelines while working with high-pressure steam, combustion equipment, and industrial process systems. Perform routine equipment inspections, operational checks, and documentation to maintain compliance and support preventative maintenance efforts. Assist with maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects during the off-season to prepare equipment for the next production cycle. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while contributing to overall team performance and production goals.
