This temp-to-hire position offers overtime opportunities, double-time pay on Sundays, bonuses after hire, and no previous experience is required. Job Duties Operate industrial production ovens Monitor product quality during production Load and unload materials Follow production schedules Complete basic production documentation Work safely with high-heat equipment Must-Have Requirements Ability to work in extreme heat Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance Ability to stand for the entire shift Basic math and reading skills Work Environment Very hot manufacturing environment Standing, bending, and lifting throughout shift Fast-paced production setting PPE required Exposure to industrial equipment and moving machinery Why Apply? $22.95/hr.
