Heat Treat/Furnace Operator If you're comfortable with machinery and don't mind getting dirty, then consider this 1st shift Heat Treat/Furnace Operator role. You'll join the team at a growing Goffstown, NH company offering clear upward mobility! Responsibilities of the Heat Treat/Furnace Operator Load and unload setups, perform breakdowns, and operate equipment according to instructions Perform routine equipment maintenance Operate cranes, forklifts, and power tools when required Complete paperwork Follow all safety and housekeeping standards Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications of the Heat Treat/Furnace Operator High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of mechanical practices and ideas, and how to make minor mechanical or quality adjustments to equipment Experience/knowledge in a manufacturing setting and operating equipment preferred Basic understanding of the heat treat process, 5S, safety, and quality policies Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk throughout shift This Heat Treat/Furnace Operator position works Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm for $20-$21/hour, depending on experience.
