First Class Stationary Engineer 8/2026 Full-time Union Non-Exempt Hourly

CLASS STATIONARY ENGINEER

Basic Purpose and Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities and Construction, the Full-Time First-Class Stationary Engineer is responsible for the operation, repair and maintenance of low and high pressure boilers, pumps, generators, HVAC, and other equipment. First Class Stationary Engineer license is required for this position. Compensation / Benefits / : This is a full-time, Local 7 Union, non-exempt hourly position. Hourly rate is $.7 per hour; in addition to a shift premium differential of one dollar ($.00) per hour for all hours worked after 6pm. Some of the benefits available include health plan, HSA/HRA, FSA, life insurance, long term disability, dental, vision, pension plan, annual leave time, holiday time, and sick time benefits. Benefits available the month following the successful passing of a 60-day probationary period review (sick time available upon hire).
