Furnace and Press Operator (multiple shifts available)

Rock Hill, NY Salary:

Up to $21 hourly with $250 sign-on bonus

Schedule:

1st shift (7:45am to 4:15pm) or 2nd shift (4:15pm to 12:45am) Seeking Lineman / Press Operator to join an established carbon and graphite manufacturing company. This hands-on position supports material processing and production operations, including operating presses and furnaces, preparing materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:

Assist with material processing, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.

Operate presses, furnaces, and other production equipment while monitoring proper processing conditions.

Prepare materials for production and assist with final stages of the manufacturing process.

Perform basic equipment upkeep, housekeeping, restocking, and other duties needed to maintain an efficient production area.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Manufacturing, machine operation, press operation, or similar industrial experience preferred but not required.

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate industrial equipment and follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment involving heat, dust, noise, moving equipment, required PPE, and extended periods of standing and physical activity.
