6:00 AM-6:00 PM |
Night Shift:
6:00 PM-6:00 AM We're hiring dependable Oven Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. No previous experience is required — training is provided. This is a great opportunity for someone who is safety-focused, comfortable working around production equipment, and looking to build manufacturing experience. What You'll Do Safely operate heat-treatment ovens and production equipment Follow work instructions for temperature, speed, and equipment settings Visually inspect products and identify quality issues Load, unload, label, and document finished materials Record production and quality information accurately Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic preventive maintenance Handle materials and dispose of waste according to procedures Communicate equipment or production issues to the Shift Leader Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For No previous manufacturing experience required High school diploma or GED preferred Dependable with strong attention to safety and quality Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and performing physical tasks Ability to follow written instructions and work well with a team Forklift experience is a plus Why Apply?
