ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a full-time furnace operator to perform duties to efficiently and effectively load and unload a variety of furnaces. Work is performed in a typical manufacturing environment with exposure to several elements continuously present including heat, dirt, grease, oils, fluids and noise. 3rd shift works from Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Load and unload parts as required which includes operating multiple furnaces at one time in a fast-paced environment
Inspect parts visually for foreign material and/or defects
Adhere to work instructions and process cards as required per job
Use various material moving equipment to process parts throughout the plant. e.g. manual and electric pallet jacks and pallet stackers
