Full-Time About the Position VIP Rubber Company is seeking an experienced Tooling & Die Specialist to join our manufacturing team. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual with experience working with tooling and dies used in the rubber manufacturing industry . The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, attention to detail, and the ability to inspect, maintain, repair, and prepare tooling and dies to support production. Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, repair, and prepare tooling and dies for production
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on molds, dies, and tooling
• Troubleshoot tooling and die issues that affect production or product quality
• Assist with tooling setup, adjustments, and changeovers
• Clean and properly store tooling and dies
• Identify worn or damaged tooling and recommend repairs or replacement
• Read and understand basic drawings, measurements, and specifications
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality
• Maintain accurate tooling records when required
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the rubber manufacturing industry - required
• Previous experience working with tooling, dies, molds, EDM ( Electrical Discharge Machining)or related manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use measuring and hand tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attendance and reliability
• Ability to safely lift and handle tooling as required
• Must be able to work the scheduled 1st shift: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM, Monday through Friday Compensation & Benefits $30.00 per hour VIP Rubber Company offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible full-time employees, including:
