Full Job Description Die Cutter Operator Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift & 3rd Shift Full-Time | Overtime Available We're seeking experienced Die Cutter Operators to join a leading packaging manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining die cutting equipment to produce high-quality cartons, inserts, and packaging components while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate die cutting machines according to job specifications and production schedules. Install and align dies, cutting plates, and tooling. Adjust machine settings including speed, pressure, registration, and stripping units. Perform job changeovers efficiently while minimizing downtime and waste. Read and interpret job tickets, schedules, and production requirements. Conduct quality inspections and document production results. Troubleshoot mechanical and tooling issues to maintain productivity. Move materials and finished products using hand trucks or forklifts. Perform routine preventative maintenance and equipment cleaning. Work closely with other departments to meet production goals and customer expectations. Follow all safety, food safety, and quality procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. 3+ years of die cutting experience in packaging, printing, or converting environments preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read production specifications and quality requirements. Forklift experience is a plus. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
