We have opened a new facility in the Elk Grove Village area to serve our domestic customers and plan on expansive growth in the next few years. We are seeking a highly skilled Tool Application Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor, supporting the deployment, configuration, and optimization of machining cutting tools and solutions. Working with customers to identify the right tools and support their efforts to integrate them into their processes. This is not a sales role but a support to our customers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs in regards to machining application, machine limitations, and materials. Collaborate with internal engineering and sales team on new products and technical breakthroughs. Visit to customer sites to help with tool testing and presenting tooling solutions. Provide technical assistance and advice to customers and distributors. Support quotation process for all locations. This is a unique position with a fast growing division. The right candidate will have a deep knowledge of machining, cutting tools, and ideally undersdtand the customers needs depending on their application. This is a direct hire position with JR candidates Salary in the $65-75k range but going up to $105k/yr for the most senior candidates.
