Job Description

Ready for a Build-Improve-Repeat Challenge? Do you see a production bottleneck and immediately imagine the fixture, gage, or machine tweak that will eliminate it? Join us to design, plan, construct, and modify production machinery, equipment, and supporting facility structures that keep our operation moving across the plant and grounds. Imagine This You receive a new spec set in the morning. By midday, you've translated requirements into a fixture concept, set up the machine tools, and produced components. After collaborating with the setup team, you refine the design, implement it on the line, and monitor performance. When a tool shows wear, you tear down, clean, lubricate, and rebuild—restoring precision before issues arise. Along the way, you document your work and surface improvement ideas for the next iteration. Your Core Contributions Design and fabricate tooling, gages, and fixtures for production applications. Continuously monitor tools to ensure efficiency; identify and carry out needed repairs or enhancements. Service and repair tooling assemblies—including strip-down, cleaning, lubrication, and rebuild. Interpret specifications; set up and operate machine tools to achieve precise results. Maintain, fine-tune, and evolve existing and new tooling, gages, and fixtures. Own purchasing and quotation tasks while working hands-on in the shop; troubleshoot shoulder-to-shoulder with machine setup and operators to collect feedback and improvement ideas. Champion standards compliance and drive continuous improvement across operations. How We Work Together Pursue ongoing training and development to sharpen your craft. Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time. Communicate proactively with other departments to align priorities. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company rules and policies. Tackle other related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
