Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. Little to no experience necessary. This role will learn to be responsible for designing, fabricating, manufacturing, repairing, and maintaining precision tools and dies, fixtures and related equipment used in production operations. This role requires selecting appropriate materials, setting up and operating a variety of machine tools and ensuring that tools and dies meet dimensional and quality specifications to support efficient, safe and reliable production. The ideal candidate will have basic skills working with tools. Most importantly, must be hardworking, have a willingness to learn, good attitude, and be punctual. We will teach how to build our dies. At least a limited understanding of the English language is preferred. Any experience in manual milling, setup operations, or metalworking is a plus, but not required. All employees must show up on time and communicate with their manager with any changes to their work schedule. All employees are required to treat coworkers and managers with dignity and respect and adhere to company policies regarding workplace conduct and professionalism.. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding bullying and harassment of any kind. Violations of this policy will result in immediate disciplinary action. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), machine guarding, and lockout/tagout procedures.
Work Schedule:
Typical schedule: full-time, 40 hours/week + Overtime and/or weekend, may be available or required based on production needs, consistent with applicable wage and hour laws.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Range:
$17-$19 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
