15 per hour Key Responsibilities Construct, repair, and maintain dies, molds, tools, fixtures, and related equipment Troubleshoot equipment and diagnose mechanical issues Perform development work and support assigned projects Operate machining equipment while maintaining close tolerances Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and specifications Utilize precision measuring instruments and gauges to ensure quality standards are met Perform machining, fabrication, welding, and cutting tasks as needed To be considered candidates should have: At least 6 months of general mechanical experience Completion of a certified 4-year apprenticeship program, or equivalent Tool & Die experience as demonstrated through a tool and die evaluation Minimum of four (4) years of machinist experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, gauges, instruments, and technical drawings Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Experience working to close tolerances, including +

•.0005 Hands-on experience operating: Mills Lathes Surface grinders Layout tools Precision measuring equipment Knowledge of machining, welding, fabrication, and cutting processes
