Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Executive Steward to lead our sanitation and custodial operations within a vibrant hospitality environment. As an integral part of our culinary team, you will oversee all cleaning, sanitation, equipment upkeep, scheduling, and organization of all culinary areas. This role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and adherence to safety standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate all cleaning, sanitation, and custodial activities across the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Lead, train, and motivate dishwashing staff to deliver outstanding service. Develop and implement cleaning & sanitation management procedures that optimize efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations. Monitor daily operations to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded; conduct regular inspections. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure proper storage and usage in accordance with safety guidelines. Foster a team-oriented environment through effective management practices, clear communication, and leadership that inspires staff to perform at their best. Collaborate with management on staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to support continuous improvement in service delivery.
