Our Service Department, based right here in Coeur d'Alene, keeps critical pumping infrastructure running for local homes, businesses, and municipalities. We're hiring Service Technicians who are ready for a hands-on, varied role that offers new challenges every day.

Important note:

This work involves direct contact with sewer systems and sewage . If you're not comfortable working around wastewater and sewage, this position is not a good fit. For those who are, you'll find a rewarding career with strong pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to earn significant overtime during peak seasons. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible scheduling : 4-day, 10-hour shifts most of the year (giving you longer weekends), with the ability to work additional hours and plenty of overtime during our busy season. On-call duty is required as we provide 24/7 emergency service, but it is handled on a rotating basis — you are not on call all the time. No prior pump experience required — we provide extensive in-house training and ongoing education to set you up for success. Prior electrical, plumbing, pump installation, or related technical experience is a big plus.

What You'll Do:

Install new pumps and complete pumping systems Troubleshoot existing systems to diagnose and repair issues Respond to customer service calls and assess needs on-site Deliver parts to job sites Prepare job sites and perform cleanup Manage job planning, parts pulling, and coordination

What We're Looking For:

Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical aptitude (or strong willingness to learn) Excellent communication skills with customers and team members Strong attention to detail Dependable work ethic and pride in your work Technical mindset and problem-solving ability Commitment to long-term employment Willingness to pursue and obtain your electrical license Valid driver's license (clean record preferred) Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable with a flexible schedule that includes longer hours and overtime during peak season
