Position Summary Katz Gluten Free is seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead our sanitation team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance throughout our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and leads by example. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and is committed to maintaining a clean and safe workplace. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the sanitation team. Ensure all production equipment and facility areas are properly cleaned and sanitized. Train employees on sanitation procedures and safety standards. Conduct routine inspections to verify cleaning effectiveness. Coordinate sanitation schedules with Production, Quality, and Maintenance. Maintain sanitation records and required documentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, GMPs, and company policies. Promote a safe and positive work environment. Assist with cleaning duties as needed. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience preferred. Experience in food manufacturing, sanitation, or a related environment preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
