The role involves operating and maintaining ultrapure water (UPW), ensuring reliable plant performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in water efficiency and sustainability. Strong understanding of water chemistry, ion exchange processes, RO systems, and water treatment technologies
Experience with water quality instrumentation, process monitoring systems, and basic PLC troubleshooting
Experience operating within industrial manufacturing or wet laboratory environments
Ability to interpret P&IDs, instrumentation diagrams, and electrical schematics
Experience with safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), job hazard analysis, and chemical safety procedures
Experience handling hazardous, corrosive, or flammable chemicals
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
