The successful candidates will be responsible for executing high-quality welds on various metal materials, adhering strictly to safety protocols and industry standards. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to complex projects involving metal fabrication, structural assembly, and custom manufacturing, supporting our commitment to precision and excellence. The ideal applicant will possess comprehensive knowledge of welding techniques, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical fabrication processes, ensuring the delivery of durable and reliable welded components. Responsibilities Welder/Fabricator To grow our team in Little Rock (AR, US), we are looking for a full-time Welder/Fabricator Your tasks: Reading and understanding technical drawings Assembly and welding of specialized trailer structures Assembling parts and components that make up assemblies Setting up the welding machine and weld the components according to standard procedures Inspecting and cleaning the parts Set the welding machine and weld components in one or more layers Handling parts using an overhead crane or walkway
Experience:
Knowledge of different welding techniques ( linear, multi-layer, vertical welding ) and processes ( preheating, welding consumables, surface preparation ) Experience in MAG welding is an advantage Knowledge of and ability to read technical drawings AWS Welding Certification or equivalent experience You work accurately and handle the equipment and materials in a responsible way You can work independently Ability to work within a team We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to excellence through diversity. #LR1
