About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled
TIG Welder/Fabricator
to join a growing manufacturing team in South Orlando. This role focuses on
thin-walled aluminum tube welding and fabrication
for custom sign frames and temporary structures. Candidates must be comfortable fabricating components from blueprints prior to final assembly. This is an excellent opportunity for welders looking for long-term growth, competitive pay, and performance-based raises after 90 days.
Job Responsibilities
+ Perform TIG welding on thin-walled aluminum tubing.
+ Fabricate sign frames and temporary structures from blueprints and specifications. + Cut, fit, grind, and prepare materials for assembly. + Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. + Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy. + Maintain a safe and organized work area. + Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
Required:
+ Experience with TIG welding on aluminum. + Fabrication experience with the ability to build and fit components prior to assembly. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. + Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
+ •$24-$28/hr•for candidates with 5+ years of experience in TIG welding aluminum, fabrication, and blueprint reading.
+ Higher pay consideration for candidates with CNC machining experience. +
$21-$23/hr
for graduates who have basic TIG and fabrication experience.
Schedule
+ •Monday-Friday•+ •7:00 AM - 3:30 PM•+ Currently working •2 weekends per month•due to increased production demands.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.
00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
