is growing, and we are looking for experienced welders to join our factory manufacturing team. Mesocore is developing and manufacturing innovative modular homes and accessory dwelling units (ADUs) designed for efficient, durable, and affordable construction. We are looking for skilled, dependable welders who take pride in their workmanship and want to be part of a growing manufacturing company—not simply another welding job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Mesocore Welder/Fabricator, you will help manufacture components used in our modular homes and ADUs.

Responsibilities may include:

• Perform high-quality MIG welding and fabrication.
• Fit, tack and weld metal components and assemblies.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, dimensions and welding symbols.
• Measure and lay out components accurately before welding.
• Use grinders, saws, drills, clamps, squares, measuring tools and other fabrication equipment.
• Prepare metal surfaces and components for welding.
• Inspect completed welds and assemblies for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Follow established welding procedures and production specifications.
• Maintain consistent quality while working within production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Properly use and maintain welding equipment and hand/power tools.
• Work independently while also being an effective member of the Mesocore production team.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of professional welding/fabrication experience .
• Strong MIG welding skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings and measurements.
• Ability to accurately measure, fit and fabricate components.
• Experience using common fabrication tools and equipment.
• Ability to produce clean, consistent, structurally sound welds.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with structural steel or metal-frame fabrication.
• TIG welding experience.
• Experience manufacturing residential, commercial, marine, trailer or other structural products.
• Experience working from engineered drawings.
• Welding certifications.
• Forklift or other material-handling experience.
