This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

+ Perform FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) on structural steel + Produce quality welds in flat and flat-fillet positions + Read and interpret structural drawings + Measure and lay out materials according to specifications + Tack weld structural assemblies prior to final weld-out + Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting production requirements + Follow all safety procedures and ensure completed welds and assemblies meet project standards
