Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various welding techniques. This role involves building and assembling components as well as repairing existing components, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols throughout the fabrication process. Duties Build and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications. Utilize welding techniques to join materials, ensuring structural integrity. Stick welding cast iron experience a plus! Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Experience with a plasma cutter/plasma table would be beneficial. Qualifications Proven experience in welding and fabrication processes. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings and maintain accurate notes. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
