Job Description:

As a welder/fabricator at M&W Welding Inc., you will play a crucial role in our hay trailer manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a quality product and paying close attention to detail. We are seeking a driven individual who consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, exceptional attendance, and punctuality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to specifications
• Willing to work on a wide range of projects
• Ensure accuracy and precision in welding and assembly processes
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in welding and fabrication
• Proficient in MiG welding
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
