This position offers a competitive hourly rate between $25 and $35, depending on your professional background, and operates on a first-shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Candidate Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in TIG welding techniques specifically involving aluminum. Strong capability to interpret and execute tasks based on technical blueprints and welding specifications. Consistent punctuality and a dedicated approach to your daily responsibilities. At least two years of relevant industry experience, which will be the primary factor in establishing your compensation. Technical Proficiencies Expertise in interpreting technical blueprints. Equipment and Tools Operation of TIG welding machinery.
