We're looking for a skilled and motivated Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving. If you have experience with plasma cutting, MIG welding, and TIG welding , we want to hear from you!

Location:

Lemont, IL Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components to specifications.
• Operate plasma cutting equipment for accurate and clean cuts.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals, including stainless steel and aluminum.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols.
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in MIG, TIG, and plasma cutting operations.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
