$25.00-$30.00 per hour
Hours:
6:30AM - 3:00PM (1st Shift)Full-Time, Direct Hire We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our client's precision manufacturing team. This position is ideal for a skilled fabricator with strong
GTAW/TIG
welding experience, particularly with stainless steel, who can read blueprints, operate fabrication equipment, and produce high-quality work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. What You'll DoPerform
GTAW/TIG
welding, with an emphasis on stainless steel fabrication.

Operate welding machines, hand tools, drill presses, manual mills, and manual lathes.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and specifications.

Set up and operate a variety of metal fabrication equipment.

Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, filler gauges, and other inspection tools.

Identify welding and fabrication issues during setup and production and make appropriate adjustments or corrections.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and dimensional requirements.

Perform basic fabrication operations including cutting, drilling, grinding, buffing, and fitting.

Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, power lifts, jib cranes, hand trucks, and pallet jacks/skid jacks.

Complete production paperwork and enter required data accurately.

Follow verbal and written instructions and complete assignments with minimal supervision.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Work effectively with team members and assist with training others when needed.
