What You'll Do As a CTS Welder, you'll: Study blueprints, sketches, or specifications.

Operate manual or semiautomatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments.

Calculate the dimensions of parts to be welded.

Read, understand, and interpret two- and three-dimensional diagrams to fit metal products correctly.

Inspect structures or materials to be welded.

Perform all other welder duties and maintain clean and orderly work area.

What We're Looking For:

Must have welding experience in one of the following areas: Shop Fabrication.

Expect to be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work.

Ability to communicate effectively with team and other field employees.

Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the trade.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
