What You Will Do As a MIG Welder you will prepare materials, set up welding equipment, perform MIG welding operations, inspect completed welds, read blueprints, verify measurements, and help fabricate metal components according to engineering specifications. You will maintain welding equipment, follow quality standards, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations while producing consistent, high-quality work. The MIG Welder supports manufacturing by joining metal components using MIG welding equipment and established fabrication procedures. This role requires strong welding skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. A successful MIG Welder understands welding processes, metal preparation, blueprint reading, and inspection techniques while maintaining safe operating practices and production efficiency.
