• Thursday, 6:00 AM
• 6:30 PM | Friday, 6:00 AM
• 4:30 PM | Some Saturdays Required Weld Like a Rock Star.

Welders Needed Looking for Welder Fabricator jobs in Pineville where your welding skills help build quality products? This opportunity lets you apply your craftsmanship to fabricate, join, and repair metal components while supporting safe, efficient manufacturing operations. Lays out, fits, and welds fabricated, cast, and forged components to assemble structural forms such as machinery frames, tanks, pressure vessels, furnace shells, and various industry parts by performing the following duties. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred.

Vocational training, welding certification, or technical education is beneficial. Experience Requirements 3-5 years of welding and fitting experience

Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, iron, or other alloys preferred

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

Strong understanding of welding symbols and fabrication processes

Must pass a welding test and written fabrication exam Job Duties Read work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings

Plan welding procedures, materials, and tooling requirements

Prepare, clean, and position materials for welding

Fit, align, and assemble fabricated, cast, and forged components

Perform cutting, burning, and welding operations on various metals

Measure and inspect workpieces to ensure specifications are met

Use rulers, squares, measuring tapes, and other precision tools

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all quality and safety standards Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, structural welding, or production environments is preferred.

Experience using grinders, saws, cutting equipment, and metal fabrication tools is beneficial.

Knowledge of weld inspection, blueprint interpretation, and quality control procedures is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate craftsmanship, dependability, and a commitment to continuous improvement are well positioned for success as a Welder. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift.

Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment.
