Job Description

We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team. This role focuses on precision welding and fabrication, including work with stainless steel and vacuum chamber components. Responsibilities Perform TIG welding (stainless steel experience preferred) Perform MIG welding as needed Read and interpret mechanical drawings Understand and apply weld symbols (preferred) Fabricate and weld sheet metal components Assist in the fabrication of vacuum chambers Qualifications Proven TIG welding experience (stainless specialty a plus) MIG welding experience required Ability to read mechanical drawings Knowledge of weld symbols preferred Sheet metal welding and fabrication experience required Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Compensation $30.00 to $35/hour, based on experience Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Group insurance 9 paid holidays 40 hours of sick time 401(k) plan Educational assistance Employee tool discounts Bereavement leave Short-term & long-term disability (100% employer-paid) Paid vacation: 40 hours (Year 1) 80 hours (Years 2-5) Accrues annually up to 160 hours Company-provided uniforms (5 sets)
