Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction, manufacturing, and assembly projects, helping us deliver top-tier results efficiently and safely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment that values craftsmanship and innovation. Duties Perform MIG , TIG, lazer welding techniques to join metal components with precision. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements and specifications. Conduct quality checks on welded components to ensure they meet required standards and notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues Familiar with all forms of grinding and finishing of welds as required and pay attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work Start up, stop, and setup the welding equipment Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes Other manufacturing tasks as needed Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and maintain a safe working environment. Qualification AWS Certified Welder Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding Ability to weld aluminum (TIG/MIG required) Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Knowledge of OSHA safety standards Familiarity with ISO standards, welding codes, and quality control procedures Strong understanding of heat control, distortion, and metallurgy principles 8+ years of working experience What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience: $25 - $30 per hour 401(k) with company match Healthcare options including medical, dental, and vision Short-term and long-term disability coverage Life insurance Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Holiday bonus Air-conditioned work environment Opportunity to work in a casual, respectful, and collaborative environment Access to continuous training provided by the company
