Job:

MIG Welder Responsibilities Ability to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours a day Selecting, measuring, cutting, and joining appropriate metals to specifications Preparing metals and work surfaces to ensure safe and effective assemblage. Regularly cleaning and inspecting welding equipment and tools Determining correct gas ratios Testing the strength of each join during and after project completion Welding and metal fabrication experience is required. Qualifications Attention to detail Strong communication skills (ability to communicate with internal clients, external clients, and suppliers) Self-starter Team player Positive attitude Welding experience Ability to work in factory daily Ability to lift 20+ pounds when needed Must be 18 years or older Can provide on-site training for any position and for growth in company as wanted
