Job Description:

We're looking to add a dependable welder to our team who has hands-on MIG experience and some TIG ability, especially with stainless steel. This role is primarily MIG welding, with TIG work as needed. We are looking for someone who can step in and produce clean, consistent MIG welds and continue building their TIG skills over time. When workflow allows, there may also be opportunities to assist with and learn robotic welding equipment, giving you exposure beyond manual welding.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform MIG welding on a variety of parts and assemblies TIG weld stainless steel components as needed Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols Measure and verify parts to blueprint specifications (first-piece checks) Help with basic fit-up and fabrication work Maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency in your work Assist with robotic welding operations when manual workload is lighter

What We're Looking For:

Previous MIG welding experience Some hands-on TIG welding experience (stainless preferred) Ability to produce solid, functional welds without constant supervision Ability to read blueprints and accurately measure parts Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn Nice to Have (but not required): More advanced TIG experience Fabrication or fit-up experience Exposure to robotic welding
