What You'll Do Bring blueprints to life: Read and interpret schematics to layout, fit, and fabricate complex parts.

High-quality welding:

Perform MIG, TIG, and occasional stick welding (with a strong focus on stainless steel).

Operate shop equipment:

Safely use saws, drills, grinders, plasma cutters, forklifts, scissor lifts, and overhead cranes.

Collaborate:

Work closely with our engineering team to ensure accuracy, catch errors early, and deliver perfect results for our customers.

What We Are Looking For Experience:

Proven background ( 5 years+) in stainless steel welding, structural fabrication, and mechanical assembly.

Drive:

A self-motivated professional with great attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Extra skills we love (but aren't deal-breakers): General maintenance knowledge, troubleshooting skills, machining/milling experience, and a basic understanding of shop safety.

The Essentials Tools:

Bring your tool belt/box with your hand tools. We have the big stuff.

Travel:

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (which includes some overnight stays).

License & Transit:

A valid driver's license.
