If you have hands-on MIG welding experience, can read blueprints, and are looking for consistent hours, we want to hear from you! Shifts 1st

Shift:

4:00 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

2:30 PM - 1:00 AM What You'll Do Layout, position, align, and fit components into welding fixtures. Set up gas shielding and perform

•MIG/wire-feed welding

•to job specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions. Use hand tools, clamps, grinders, and other welding equipment. Inspect your work to ensure parts meet quality specifications. Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment. Follow all safety, health, and environmental procedures. Complete additional production duties as needed. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of welding experience. Demonstrated experience with MIG/wire-feed welding. Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and tape measures. Ability to understand work orders, routings, and job instructions. Experience laying out and fitting parts using weld fixtures. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good problem-solving, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Dependable and able to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
