We're Hiring a Welder We're looking for a dependable welder who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a close-knit team. Responsibilities:

Read blueprints and interpret weld symbols. Perform MIG welding on heavy equipment and components. Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy. Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely (training available if needed). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work closely with teammates to complete projects on time. Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of welding experience preferred. Must have welding experience using metal core wire, dual shield flux core wire, arc air gouging, oxy fuel torches and welding related tools such as grinders, cut off tools, die grinders, etc. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to work as part of a team. Why Join BRON Midwest? $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
