Starting at $22.50+ per hour (DOE) + Shift $2.50 shift
Differential Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM Job Summary We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join a leading manufacturing facility in Kings Mountain, NC. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on metal components according to production specifications Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Measure and verify parts using appropriate measuring tools Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any equipment issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Required Qualifications Previous MIG welding experience required Ability to pass a pre-employment weld test Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality welds Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or fabrication experience Experience with measuring tools and quality inspections Welding certifications are a plus Experience working with production quotas and quality standards Core Competencies MIG Welding, Blueprint Reading, Welding Symbols, Metal Fabrication, Manufacturing, Quality Inspection, Measuring Tools, Safety Compliance, Production Welding, Attention to Detail, Teamwork, Time Management.
