Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and metal fabrication, with the ability to produce high-quality work from blueprints and specifications. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to determine material requirements and fabrication processes.
• Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG) on various metals including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding and fabrication equipment.
• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using tools such as saws, shears, and presses.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.
• Repair and modify metal structures and components as required.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Work effectively and efficiently. This is a fast-paced organization as our projects have a quick turnaround time. Requirements
• Proven experience as a welder and fabricator in a FAST-paced CUSTOM fabrication shop.
• 4 Years Preferred
• Background in exhibit/trade show industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG) and fabrication processes.
• Ability to weld carbon steel and aluminum (Ability to weld stainless steel is a plus)
• Ability to weld thin wall tubing/sheet metal
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
• Be willing to work overtime & weekends if necessary. Benefits
