    • What You'll Do
    • MIG, Flux Core, and occasional Sub Arc welding
    • Fabricate and assemble custom crane components
    • Read and interpret welding blueprints
    • Work with A36 steel and structural materials
    • Maintain quality and safety standards
    • Collaborate with team members on custom projects

    • What We're Looking For
    • 3+ years of MIG and Flux Core welding experience
    • Experience working with A36 steel
    • Ability to read welding blueprints
    • Strong attention to quality and craftsmanship
    • Industrial fabrication or welding experience

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tonawanda, NY.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $25.
    00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
